 Adam Babcock Senior Pastor |
Adam has been involved in Youth Ministry for 10+ years. He has served in youth ministry in Oklahoma, Texas, New York City & now Ohio. His philosophy for reaching students is a “For youth by youth ”, way of ministry in which he believes the youth of today are THE CHURCH of today. He is married to Leslie and has a daughter Soleil and a son Salem. He loves Road Biking, Exercising, Playing Guitar, Reading, & Hanging out with his family. He has a Diploma of Practical Theology from Christ for the Nations Institute and a Bachelors Degree in Communications & Christian Ministry from Dallas Baptist University. |
 Sue Laney Children's Ministry Director |
Sue Laney, Director of Children’s Ministry, is a fairly new resident of Pickerington, having moved here in August of 2007. A native of Pennsylvania, Sue and her family have spent the past 20 years in Arkansas, where she was Assistant to the Worship Director of a large Baptist church. Although Sue’s education and background are in music, theatre, and worship, her heart has always been in teaching. Her experiences as classroom teacher, private music teacher and Director of several Christian theatre groups combined with her work in Children’s Ministry through music give her a wide and varied background in working with children. Sue and her husband, Dan, have two children, Marrett, 16 and David 21. |
 Julie Ignaszewski Administrative Assistant |
Julie joined the Eastside Vineyard staff in May 2004. Prior to joining the EVC staff she was employed as a dental assistant and secretary for 10 years and has been employed part-time, with her mother’s catering business. Here at EVC she is currently active on the Prayer Ministry Team. Julie enjoys being outdoors, working in her flowerbeds, baking, camping, hiking and reading historical novels. Some of her favorite vacation spots are the Smoky Mountains, Blue Ridge Mountains, and Venice Beach, Florida. Julie is married to David and they have 3 children. She and her family reside in Canal Winchester. |
 Willie Pinkins Bookkeeper |
Willie is employed part time as EVC bookkeeper. He also leads a home group in the Pickerington area. Willie has over 20 years of ministry experience. He is currently employed by the State of Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with Central State University as well as a Masters in Administration from Central Michigan. Willie has just recently finished his theology degree from Ashland Theological Seminary. He has been married to Angela for 17 years. They have three sons, Jonathan, David and Andrew. They have resided in Pickerington for 14 years. |
Scott Hammond Custodian |
Scott has attended EVC for 4 years and has enjoyed serving in different areas within the church. He joined the EVC staff in 2004 and is currently employed part-time as the building custodian. Scott has also been involved with the Ministry to the Elderly outreach. In addition he leads worship for his small group. Scott resides in Columbus. |
